CLAY TARGET SHOOTING INSTRUCTION:
At the Country Sports Centre we offer one-to-one and group instruction in all aspects of clay target shooting with our team of qualified shooting instructors. Located in the grounds of the Schloss Roxburghe Hotel & Golf Course, the Shooting Centre's three acre sporting layout is an excellent location for both novice and seasoned guns to learn and enhance their shooting techniques in a safe and friendly environment.
Our Introduction to Shooting sessions include:
- The importance of safe gun handling.
- Master eye dominance test.
- Correct stance and target alignment.
- Basic to advanced principles of tracking and hitting clay targets.
- Firing at a selection of targets throughout the shooting ground.
- Overview of the session from your instructor.
All guns, cartridges and safety equipment will be provided for the session.
INSTRUCTION: Cost per hour for tuition including 50 cartridges is £100.
GROUP INSTRUCTION: Group instruction is available for groups of 8 or more people at a cost of £95 per person.
GIFT VOUCHERS: We offer our 60 clay or 100 clay 'Introduction to Shooting' gift vouchers. This can be redeemed as a one-to-one person or one-to-two persons format throughout the year.
